05 The Resolution AKA Life as it is or could be
The last section is the resolution.
This is where we talk about what life is like today as a result of having undergone this transformation. This is talking about where they are now. We talk about the present and future they have earned as a result of their interaction with you or your organization, and also the plan that you have put forward for them into the future. At this point in the journey, they’ve transformed and you’re just documenting that journey and transformation so that other people understand what is possible after an interaction with either you or your organization.
