01 Testimonial Builder Walkthrough
09 Can the Customer Solve this problem on their own?
Can the customer solve this problem on their own.?
This is a great question because if they can, then your interview with the customer is going to focus on asking questions that sound like this (but with varied levels of directness) "if you could do it then why haven't you done it already?" or What made you wait until you met the person (the entity the testimonial is about) who helped you through it?"
On the other hand, If the customer is not able to do it on their own then we can shift our interview and talk about the process that they had to go through in order to find the person to help them who could get them through their challenge.
